What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging where possible.
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once your parcel is on its way, so don't worry if it doesn't show straight away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Need to make a change? Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order before it's processed.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

All prices at Canadova are shown and charged in AUD. If you're shopping from overseas, your bank will convert the total to your local currency, and they may charge a small conversion fee.

How long does delivery take?
